are unable or unwilling to pay and proceed accordingly.
Every avenue is pursued to secure payment amicably. If it is determined
that litigation is the only viable alternative, a suit recommendation
will be submitted for your authorization.
Our fees, of course, are strictly contingent upon recovery and
negotiable at time of placement. The proceeds of all commercial
collections are remitted in a timely manner, with status reports
as required.
