Royal Mercantile Trust Corporation of America is a full-service debt collection agency, located in Stuart, Florida, specializing in personal contact recovery of commercial delinquent accounts. With field collectors and attorneys throughout the world, from Argentina to Zaire, we are equipped to aggressively collect your delinquent receivables worldwide.
Our collection business is one-on-one, not just a letter service. Unlike many larger agencies, we invest substantial amounts of time and money gathering information because it is our belief that knowledge leverages the collection.
Our experienced collectors and seasoned attorneys are able to recognize those debtors who are unable or unwilling to pay and proceed accordingly. Every avenue is pursued to secure payment amicably. If it is determined that litigation is the only viable alternative, a suit recommendation will be submitted for your authorization. We pride ourselves in our ability to negotiate, persuade and resolve disputed accounts.
Our fees are strictly contingent upon recovery and are negotiable at time of placement. The proceeds of all commercial collections are deposited into our CLLA audited trust account and are remitted in a timely manner, with status reports as required.
